Description

The Cremorella MSC400 Professional Soft Serve & Açaí Machine is a high-capacity floor model designed for intensive use in ice cream parlors, bakeries, restaurants, and cafés. With the ability to produce up to 400 cones per hour, it features two 7.5-liter hoppers and two 1.8-liter freezing cylinders, ensuring efficiency and continuous production of both soft ice cream and açaí bowls.
Equipped with independent motors for each cylinder, dual digital control panels, and a texture adjustment system, the MSC400 allows operators to work with different densities simultaneously. Additional features include electronic defrosting, safety sensors, and optional milkshake mixing kit. Its stainless steel body guarantees durability and easy maintenance.
