The Cremorella MSC600 is a high-capacity soft serve ice cream and açaí machine designed for demanding operations. It produces up to 600 cones per hour and can serve up to 5 flavors, with 3 individual flavors and 2 mix combinations. Equipped with three 3.17-gallon (12 L) hoppers and three 0.47-gallon (1.8 L) cylinders, it ensures efficient refrigeration with independent motors for each cylinder. Operation is managed through a digital touchscreen, allowing different consistencies for ice cream, açaí, or yogurt. The MSC600 also includes low-mix sensors, individual gearboxes, and advanced cooling control.
