The Refrimate Fermentation Chamber CF20E is a compact proofing solution for bakeries with medium production needs. With a temperature range of 37°F to 122°F, it combines forced-air cooling and electric heating for stable fermentation control. The stainless steel 430 interior and galvanized steel exterior painted in white, black or stainless finish ensure durability and hygiene. Features include polyurethane insulation, digital temperature control, water reservoir with float valve, locking casters, and customizable exterior door. Capacity for 20 trays.
